Yes. We can exchange unopened packs for a more suitable size, up to two packs per order, within 3 days of delivery, with any price difference settled. Because diapers are personal-care products, opened packs cannot be exchanged.
That is entirely our responsibility. Contact us within 5 days of delivery, or within 5 days of noticing an issue that only appeared during use, and include a photo showing the problem. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
